Bishop John Arnold has written to all parishes regarding a new initiative of the Catholic Communications Network.  This comes as a response to requests that the work of the Bishops’ Conference should be more accessible and promoted more widely.

The CCN is putting together a regular newsletter outlining the Bishops’ Conference current work. The aim is to inform the Catholic community and beyond about the Bishops’ national work in a simple and transparent way. The newsletter will also offer liturgical resources for the month ahead.

It is hoped that parishes will find this a useful resource to inform parishioners of the national work.  Hopefully this will be a good way of spreading news about the valuable work done at a national level and enlisting further support. There is also the opportunity for the parishes to sign up to receive the electronic newsletter directly.
